From the searches you target to the inquiries you receive. Google Ads setup and ongoing management for Alberta service businesses.

Search, ad and inquiry form one connected route, shown as three dimensional word blocks.

What needs changing
in your Google Ads?

Commission a defined project, or agree the recurring work your campaign needs. The deliverables follow the problem.

A campaign project

Set up or rebuild a Google Search campaign. Correct a specific part. Leave a checked, usable setup.

  • Keyword targeting, ad groups and negative keywords.
  • Ad wording and the page or request it leads to.
  • Agreed tracking or inquiry-delivery checks.

You receive the commissioned changes, their reasons, a check record and the next action.

How a project runs

Ongoing management

Keep the campaign under review and act on what the evidence shows.

  • Search terms, budget and bidding decisions.
  • Ad tests and conversion checks.
  • Inquiry feedback and recorded business outcomes.

You receive a review of what changed, what it showed and what needs attention next.

Conversion tracking and reporting

You own the advertising account, assets and records. You pay Google directly. Our fee for scoped work is agreed in private.

The agreed scope names deliverables, approvals and responsibilities. Wider website work or another channel is a separate decision.

One service.
From search to request.

Someone searching for an interior painter should arrive at an interior-painting offer. This campaign study shows how the pieces connect.

Relevant service. Wrong timing. A different intent. Similar searches can call for different decisions. Here’s what would need checking before we act.

“interior house painter”

Keep the service specific.

An interior repaint is a useful starting point for a focused ad and request page.

The reason
The ad can name interior painting. The request can ask which rooms, their condition and the preferred timing.
The tradeoff
A narrower focus may leave broader painting demand outside this ad group.
The next check
Confirm the service area, capacity and wording with the owner. Then review the actual searches and inquiries.

Service wording to confirm

Customer Flow StudioCampaign decision

“whole home repainting”

Hold until capacity is clear.

The service sounds relevant. That doesn’t establish whether the business can take on the work.

The reason
A whole-home project may need different availability, ad wording and request details from a single room.
The tradeoff
Fewer searches are eligible while this ad group is held. Relevant demand may be missed.
The next check
Confirm capacity and service area. Agree the ads, budget and request page with the owner before making it eligible.

Capacity confirmation needed

“painting jobs near me”

Check intent before excluding.

This may be an employment search. The phrase alone doesn’t settle every case.

The reason
Someone looking for painting work may be seeking a job rather than hiring a painter.
The tradeoff
A broad exclusion could also block a genuine customer using similar words.
The next check
Inspect the actual search terms and inquiry context. Review negative-keyword match types before proposing an exclusion for approval.

Search-term review needed

The handover should explain the change, the checks and what could change the decision next time.

A form conversion
is only the first record.

See how a request is connected to the owner’s response and the outcome that can actually be supported.

hello@customerflow.studio
What does Google Ads management include?

The agreed recurring work can include search-term and negative-keyword reviews, budget and bidding decisions, ad tests and conversion checks. Inquiry feedback helps explain which searches need attention.

You receive the changes, their reasons and the next action. We agree the responsibilities before work begins; your business responds to inquiries and supplies outcome records.

Do I need to be advertising already?

We can set up a new Google Search campaign or rebuild an existing one within an agreed project. First we check your services, service area, demand, capacity and media budget. Starting a campaign is useful only when the business can support it.

Can the project include a landing page?

Yes, when the campaign needs it and the work is included in the scope. The page should match the search and ad, explain the service and give the visitor a clear way to inquire. A wider website rebuild is a separate decision. Inspect the campaign and landing-page example.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. You pay Google directly from your own advertising account. Our service fee is separate and agreed in private for a defined project or continuing management. A project can end at handover; ongoing management is a separate decision.

What can’t a campaign promise?

Advertising can’t supply demand or fulfillment capacity. There is no promise of jobs, revenue or return on spend. Other channels and wider website work require a separate scope. Incomplete or unmatched records remain visible.

Tell us where
the campaign falls short.

The searches using your budget. The inquiries you’re getting. Or what happens after the click. Tell us where it stops making sense.
