Who we are
This website is run by Customer Flow Studio (“we”, “us”). You can contact us about privacy at hello@customerflow.studio.
What we collect
If you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive the details you enter:
- your business name
- your contact email address
- your website or Instagram link, if you give one
- which kind of help you’re interested in
- the message you write
If you request a booking-flow sample from the interactive booking demo, we receive:
- your business name and business contact email
- your website or Instagram link, if you give one
- the service names and booking rules or notes you choose to add
- your demo answers — business type, whether you work solo or as a team, where booking requests arrive and the rough numbers you entered — only if you tick “Include my demo answers”
If you request a lead-flow sample from the interactive lead response demo, we receive:
- your business name and business contact email
- your website or Instagram link, and the services you get inquiries for, if you give them
- the note about how inquiries are handled today, if you add one
- your demo answers — where inquiries mostly arrive, the rough counts you entered and whether open inquiries have a next action — only if you tick “Include my demo answers”
Everything else you do in either demo — the fictional booking or quote request, the owner actions and any answers you don’t choose to share — stays in your browser tab and is discarded when you close it. It isn’t stored or sent anywhere. The fictional customer’s email address in the lead demo can’t receive mail, and the demo never sends to it.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Please don’t send passwords, payment details or your customers’ personal information.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, prepare any booking-flow or lead-flow sample you asked for, and discuss whether a studio service would help. We don’t sell your details, use website inquiries to target ads, or add you to a mailing list.
Work we do for clients
This notice covers this website. When we run advertising or set up booking, lead-response or follow-up systems for a business, that business’s customer information stays in its own accounts and tools, and how it’s handled is agreed with that business before any work starts.
Who processes it
The inquiry form and both demo sample-request forms are delivered to us through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf, emails them to us and keeps a copy in our Formspree account. Emails are handled by our email provider. This website is hosted by Netlify, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security and reliability. These service providers may process and store information outside the country where you live.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts and images are served from this site rather than from third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond and for reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@customerflow.studio.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this notice and the date at the top.
