Lead response demo
See what happens after a customer asks for a quote
A request comes in, the customer gets an automatic receipt, you get an alert, and the request is recorded in one list where it stays visible — then you decide what happens next and reply personally.
About 3–4 minutes, plus one more if you request a sample. No sign-up.
- Be the customer and send a quote request to a fictional painting company.
- See what happens next — the customer’s receipt, the owner’s alert and the tracker entry.
- Be the owner and move the request from New to Won or Lost.
- Answer a few optional questions about how inquiries reach you today, see a picture built only from your own numbers, and request a private sample if it’s useful.
The sample business and customer are fictional, and the simulation sends nothing. Your own answers leave this page only if you choose to send the sample request at the end.
You’re the customer
Ask a fictional painting company for a quote, the way a customer would on their website.
Simulation only. No request or email was sent — these are pictures of what would happen.
What happens next
Three things happen straight away. Open each one to see who sees what.
1Customer receivesReceipt
Hi Sam, we received your painting request. We’ll review it and reply to you personally.
An automatic receipt: it confirms the request arrived. It isn’t a quote or a personal reply — that still comes from the owner.
2Owner receivesNew request alert
New quote request
Only the owner sees this. It prompts a personal reply to Sam’s email; it doesn’t send one.
3RecordedTracker entry
Each request from the connected form is added here automatically, so it stays visible in one list instead of only sitting in an inbox. Inquiries from other channels can be added by hand.
Now you’re the owner
You reply to Sam yourself — by email or phone — and write the quote. The tracker records where things stand and reminds you what’s next.
That’s the core of the lead flow: the customer gets a receipt, you get an alert, the request is tracked, and you’re reminded about anything still open. Next, a few optional questions about how inquiries reach you today.
How do inquiries work for you today?
Every question is optional, and rough numbers are fine. Think of a typical recent month. Leave anything blank or tick “Not sure”.
Inquiry — someone asking about work: a form, an email, a call or a message. Count each person once.
Recorded in one place — added to a single list, spreadsheet, tracker or CRM, not only left in an inbox, voicemail or DM thread.
Personal reply — a reply written by you or your team. An automatic acknowledgment (like the receipt Sam got) doesn’t count.
“Your target time” is whatever you aim for — only you know what that is.

Request a private lead-flow sample
We’ll prepare a private, illustrative view of how your quote form, customer receipt, owner alert, tracker and reminder could look for your business.
It’s a preview to look at — not a live installation or a trial. Nothing is connected to your website, inbox or accounts.
Request received
Thanks — your request reached our inbox. We’ll reply to about your sample.
The sample is a private illustrative view, not a live installation or a trial, and nothing is set up in any of your accounts.

Copy the request, or open it as a pre-filled email to hello@customerflow.studio. Nothing is sent until you press Send in your email app.
About the real setup
What would the real lead-response setup be?
One lead form — your existing one connected, or a new one — with an automatic email receipt to the customer, an email alert to you, a simple tracker with statuses such as New, Contacted, Quoted, Won and Lost, and an internal follow-up reminder. It’s email-based; text messaging isn’t part of the standard setup.
Will my DMs, calls and emails be captured too?
Not automatically. The standard setup starts with one connected form. Other channels need separate routing — for example linking the form from your profile — or a quick manual entry in the tracker. We’ll talk through what fits.
Does it reply to customers for me?
Only the automatic receipt, which confirms the request arrived. Quotes and real replies stay personal — written by you or your team.
Is the sample a working system?
No. It’s a private, illustrative view with your business details — nothing is installed or connected to your accounts.
