Customer Flow Studio

A clear process.
Work you can inspect.

You should know what is being built, why it is being done and what happens next.

Start with your business

Clarify.

Start with the actual problem.

Services, coverage, capacity and the way you handle inquiries shape the work. We look at what is happening before deciding what to change.

A useful starting point, in plain language.

Agree.

Make the scope visible before work starts.

Define the deliverables, checks and responsibilities. Agree appropriate access and who approves wording, budget changes and launch.

A shared plan with a clear boundary.

Connect the promise to the next step.

The search, ad and page should describe the same service. We make the commissioned changes, record the reasons and get the agreed approvals.

Verify the route. Leave a useful record.

Check the agreed conversion and request delivery. Your business confirms receipt. A handover records the changes, checks, gaps and next actions.

How we read the evidence

Your accounts.
Your decisions.

You keep ownership of the accounts, website, assets and records. You pay Google directly. The studio’s service fee is agreed separately, in private.

Wider website work, another channel or a newly discovered issue gets a separate scope decision.

A project or continuing management?

Before sharing
an account.

Start with the situation. Access comes after the work is agreed.

What should I send first?

The service, the problem and anything you already know. A business link helps. Leave out passwords, payment details and customer personal information. We reply to clarify fit and the next conversation.

What makes an engagement workable?

A problem the business can describe, capacity for the advertised work, an authorized approver and time for feedback. Useful records help; we can discuss a practical way to keep them. Limited demand, capacity, missing access or unavailable expertise can mean narrowing or declining the work. There is no promise of a fixed number of jobs or sales.

What if records or access are missing?

We discuss a practical way to record useful information and keep pending or unverified outcomes visible. Access is limited to the task. If missing access prevents a necessary check, we resolve it or narrow the scope before proceeding.

What happens at handover?

You receive the commissioned changes, check record, change log, known gaps and next review actions. You confirm test requests arrive and approve launch where required, then respond to inquiries and keep the agreed outcome records. Further work is a separate decision.
